Vol.10 No.11 September 1999 CEE DEE Vacuum Equipment Pvt. Ltd. offers a micro mobile coolant filter, which can reach parts of the factory where similarly powered larger machine cannot reach. Operating in a continuous pumping and discharge cycle. Average sumps are cleaned and filtered in as little as ten minutes. Its small size, superb mobility and big power means that the micro mobile coolant filter is ideally suited to a broad spectrum of industrial house heeping tasks, from the maintenance of highly complex CNC and FMS machining centers down to the simplest workshop tool. The filtration capacity of the machine is up to 100 microns and is available with capacities of 100/250/500 liters. |

Regeneration of transformer oil in the transformer tank is technically superior and more cost effective than the alternative procedure known as draining, flushing and refilling, as all the acidic oil is removed from the insulation material which will contaminate replaced oil
Transformer Oil Regeneration plant is used to regenerate the transformer oil with change in colour and specification equal to all the parameters of new oil.
The benefits of this system compared to normal fuller's earth is that the refining medium can be reactivated (renewed) 250- 300 times before a recharged is required. |

The plant is equipped with a comprehensive Visual Audible early warning alarm system. Operation is fully automatic and control is maintained by PLC.
The operator interfaces with the plant by means of a standard computer running an operator friendly Scada package (plant mimic) indicating all necessary information to operate the plant efficiently, such as flowrate, temperatures, alarms, moisture in oil, litres processed, etc. |

| 1) R. O. S. T. (Raw Oil Storage Tank) : |
R.O. S. T. is provided with oil indicator, level indicator, centrifugal pump, ball valve. The raw oil to the shop floor is stored before processing. The interconnection pipeline is made in between filter plant and R.O.S.T. |

To obtain good performance from electric transformers, the insulating oil should be free from moisture, dissolved gases and particles. Even new oils require some treatment to limit these contents to suitable levels. A contaminated oil loses its characteristics of dielectric strengths, resistively and loss factor. Moisture in addition favors acid and sluge formation. |

| Uni - Vac System is designed for fully automatic or manual unattended operation.The Uni - Vac principally functions to remove water and light hydrocarbon from oil. The system is operated under vacuum condition and the oil is forced by atmospheric pressure through heating chamber to raise the oil temperature to a desired level. |

The Online Drying of transformer is the innovative process to maintain the electrical properties of insulating oil and simultaneous drying of core of the transformer.
The system can be parentally connected to one or more transformers. Drying erring can be achieved by cyclic operation. |

Vacuum System :
The Vacuum system is normally provided with roots rotary combination. Cascading with condenser / oil chilling system, water reserve tank and condenser in-between.
Fully programmable variable vacuum system can be added as an option to enable the vacuum system to increase and decrease the vacuum level at different point during frying process.
The water reserve tank is constructed in stainless steel. The temperature of the same is controlled by thermostat providing the chilling system. On demand, chilling system can be provided with stand by compressed unit. |

Oil Filter Machine:
The oil treatment stations work on the principle of high vacuum low temperature. The system is provided with the roots rotary combination. The raw oil from the R.O.S.T. (Raw Oil Storage Tank) is treated / Purified through the system and store in P.O.S.T. (Process Oil Storage Tank)
Oil Filling System :
The Oil filling in instrument transformer distribution, transformer, power transformer can be achieving under vacuum. Various sensors, oil totaliser can be provided as an accessory to fill oil under vacuum with majored quantity. The sight glass provided on the system help to monitor the status inside the chamber during process. |

Internal Air Circulation :
The Internal hot air circulation for Drying plant chamber is calculated on internal volume of the system. This is achieved by utilizing a tailored fan (blower and scroll arrangement which directs the air int o the heating ducts and over the heating tubes to ensure to efficient heat transfer. The airflow is deflected around the internal wall face.

For ease of data input, curve profile generation (Graph), data analysis of curve profiles. Data logger, password protection on different levels (Manager level, Supervisor level, Worked level etc.) Controller can also be provided with web connectivity which help to transmit data to long distance PC, pt. temperature recorder, vacuum recorder, process recorder etc, with colour inkjet print can also be provided on customer demand. |

Our PCB decontamination Process destroys the Toxic Nature of the PCB Molecule, leaving a non toxic, sodium salt type waste, which, at an additional cost, can be further separated from the oil and water to allow the oil to be re-processed to meet the international standards for NEW OIL i.e. IEC 296, BS 148. UNLIKE the regular 'Waste Disposal' companies that dispose of PCB contaminated transformer oil in either 'Landfill sites' (which we consider is not disposal but, in fact, LONG TERM STORAGE) or 'Incineration', which destroys thousands of liters of good oil to dispose of a FEW LITRES OF PCB. With incineration, there is also the problem (as was discovered in the USA at great cost), that unscrupulous incineration facilities, that do not achieve the required temperature, or residence times, to prevent the release of Dioxins (which is 500 times more toxic than PCB's), were creating a far greater threat to man and environment. |
